These Terms apply to your use of soundfulexperience.com. Separate booking, event, venue, platform or service-specific terms may also apply when you purchase or participate in a Soundful Experience offering.
About Soundful Experience
Soundful Experience is a sound and listening practice created by Sam Cutri in Western Australia. The website provides information about Soundfulness, memberships, listening practices, events and related services.
Wellbeing information, not medical advice
Information, music, meditations, protocols and experiences offered through Soundful Experience are provided for general wellbeing, creative and reflective purposes. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, use medical devices, have concerns about hearing or sensory stimulation, or are unsure whether a practice is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional. If you are experiencing an emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
Your participation
You are responsible for choosing a safe environment and an appropriate volume when listening. Do not use immersive audio or meditation practices while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention.
Individual responses to sound and meditation vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of a particular outcome.
Children and young people
Participation by a person under 18 in an in-person, private or specifically facilitated Soundful Experience is subject to appropriate parent or guardian consent and the safeguards in our Working with Children and Young People Policy.
Patreon and other external platforms
Memberships currently offered through Patreon are purchased and administered on Patreon. Patreon’s own terms, privacy policy, billing and cancellation processes apply to transactions carried out on that platform. Similar third-party terms apply when you use Insight Timer, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or other external services linked from this site.
Payments, cancellations and consumer rights
Prices, inclusions and cancellation arrangements for a particular service are those presented at the time of purchase or booking, together with any applicable platform or event terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and original Soundful Experience materials — including compositions, recordings, protocols, text, graphics, branding, course or practice materials, and original sound-design systems — are owned by or licensed to Soundful Experience and/or Sam Cutri.
You may access website material for ordinary personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt, commercially exploit, train a commercial system on, or create derivative commercial products from protected Soundful Experience material without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Soundful Experience does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices.
Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted. Content may be updated, removed or changed as the practice develops.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soundful Experience is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts and tribunals competent to hear it.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the website and services change. The latest version will be published here with the date of the revision.
