Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, protect and manage personal information.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Soundful Experience, operated by Sam Cutri in Western Australia, respects your privacy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use soundfulexperience.com, contact us, or engage with Soundful Experience services.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

The current website does not provide user accounts, public comments or direct payment processing.

Why we collect information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and safely administer requested services, manage bookings or communications, meet legal and safeguarding obligations, maintain website security, and improve the way Soundful Experience operates.

Contact form and email

When you submit the website contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Soundful Experience so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive health information in the general website contact form unless it is necessary to your enquiry.

Health and sensitive information

Where a particular service requires health or other sensitive information, we will seek to collect only what is reasonably necessary for that service. Additional consent or intake documentation may apply. This information is treated with a higher level of care and is not used for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services and links

The website links to external services including Patreon, Insight Timer, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Memberships, payments and activity on those services are handled under the privacy terms of the relevant provider. The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and uses Google Fonts. Those providers may process limited technical information as part of delivering their services.

Soundful Experience is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

The current Soundful Experience website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers. Normal hosting, security and third-party services may use technical mechanisms necessary to provide their services. If analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law will be implemented.

Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide a requested service, where you have authorised the disclosure, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law, including where necessary to address a serious safety or safeguarding concern.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet or email system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, insurance, safeguarding and business record-keeping requirements.

Access and correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some legal exceptions may apply.

Children and young people

Additional safeguards apply when Soundful Experience works with children and young people. Please see our Working with Children and Young People Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Plain-English intent: we collect what we need to respond to you and provide the work safely. We do not sell your information, and we do not want more personal information than we reasonably need.
